Cokel's crown land team are experts in the industry; Cokel's roots run deep in crown land management. Cody Fermaniuk, Cokel's founder, started his career working with AESRD (Forestry) as a land use officer, building his contacts and experience working from various locations in northern Alberta. Our Cokel crown representatives don't just know the acts, regulations and crown land use framework, they wrote them.
